Minister of Science Technology and Research Hon. Sujeewa Senasinghe recently paid the Supervisory visit to the Arthur C. Clarke institute for Modern Technology, (ACCIMT) the premier institution of the country in the field of Space Technology and Electronic and Communication Technology, functioning under the purview of the Ministry of Science Technology and Research. During this visit the Research being carried out at ACCIMT and functioning of Hi-Tech equipment available observed by the Hon. Minister. The Open day of the ACCMT falls on 11th, March, which provides the public with the opportunity of viewing research activities being carried out at ACCIMT and its services available. This Open day was attended by School children University students and general Public.
